I thought the front desk lady was rude so I didn’t want service, I wanted to get out of there. She judgmentally asked if i had known something about my car. like… okay, and? Don't you think i pay someone else to service my car? if my car was in perfect condition, i wouldn’t be here. her tone was very much like I wasn’t good enough to be there. not sure if that’s just me. there’s a nice sitting area and coffee though, i liked that :) i’ve got more to add since I just went to another place… she had been judge mental about chunks out of my tire. so i asked an actual mechanic if it’s a problem if air is not leaking. well they gave me an honest answer instead of making up things to fix on my car. i’m not sure if i caught her on a bad day or what but it did seem like they or she was making things up with my car to upsell me.
