We had a brake wear light on and needed someone to check the brakes on our 21' Class B RV. Most shops don't have a lift big enough to service our vehicle but this Napa did. Garrett took great care of us and communicated very well along the way. We brought the van in for service Monday and it was done by Tuesday evening. Light is off and van is driving great.

Garrett is the best salesman of any year hands down and he really care about his customers. I’ve had several things done and he’s always been very helpful and helped me with my payments even when I was a dollar or two short. I been driving over 40 years and have had a lot of repairs on my cars, but Garrett has been the best of anybody for showing us customers that it’s not always about fast talking you and definitely not ripping us off. I got to my appointment a few minutes late and they never acknowledged that I was late. They just continued on as if nothing happened. As a first time mom with a 6 month old, I really appreciate that. Garrett was up front with me from the moment I walked in and helped me get done what was needed. After sitting there for a couple hours without anyone picking us up, he offered a loaner car. Not only was he kind enough to let me drive the car, he also pulled the car seat base out of my car and installed it in the loaner then helped me carry all of my stuff to the car. He beat discount tire’s price on a whole new set by about $500 too! All of that to say, I greatly appreciate the customer service there and will recommend them to everyone I know. I’ll be back if I ever need something else done. Thank you!
