Next time I need some dude to talk to me like I'm 5 about my engine and still give me the wrong oil filter, I know where to go. I brought a guy in there the second time, paid with my own card, and they handed the receipt to the guy. Get it together, NAPA, this is embarrassing. For you, not for me.

Brought my car in due to a couple of dash lights on. They conducted a diagnostic but ended up it was something they couldn't fix. I really appreciate the honesty and no charge for looking at my car. I will return in the future for any other maintenance and repairs.
