My car broke down on Easter weekend had it dropped in their parking lot by tow truck Monday I was contacted 15 minutes before they opened and by 10:30 that day my car was repaired and available for pickup fair price and great customer service

Garrett and his team are probably the best mechanics I have had the chance to work with, on resolving my vehicle issues when they arise. I was having trouble resolving a reduce power issue most recently, and took my vehicle to the dealership, and another shop before coming to them at the recommendation of a coworker, who saw my needs were not being met. After looking my truck over, Garrett and his team figured out the issue, and had a resolution plan together, and even was able to help me with transportation with a loaner while my vehicle was in the shop. They are setting a new standard of service and customer care, and giving good and honest advice when needed. I will be returning, and I will be recommending them to anyone and all who are looking for their auto mechanic needs.

We had a brake wear light on and needed someone to check the brakes on our 21' Class B RV. Most shops don't have a lift big enough to service our vehicle but this Napa did. Garrett took great care of us and communicated very well along the way. We brought the van in for service Monday and it was done by Tuesday evening. Light is off and van is driving great.

Clean friendly and fast services

Garrett is the best salesman of any year hands down and he really care about his customers. I’ve had several things done and he’s always been very helpful and helped me with my payments even when I was a dollar or two short. I been driving over 40 years and have had a lot of repairs on my cars, but Garrett has been the best of anybody for showing us customers that it’s not always about fast talking you and definitely not ripping us off.
