Scheduled oil change and overview of what may be needed next. Brought oil filter in waiting area to show me it needed replacing. Said I will need front brakes on my next oil change. So professional! Treated me very well.

Our 2013 F-150 died on I-985 on a Friday afternoon. We were heading back to Atlanta for the evening. AAA picked us up quickly & advised us to use this business….we were promptly greeted & the problem was diagnosed & promptly repaired… serpentine water pump drive belt replaced…then we still had another issue… we were advised of our options by Mr. Coulter & a throttle body injection unit was replaced… which fixed everything! We were back on the road & made my sister’s for dinner! He even took our check for payment… which he doesn’t usually do… thank you sooo much for such great customer service , kindness & efficiency! If we lived there , you’d be our new closest friend for our auto repair/service. You made our Ford dealership look sad 🤣. Thanks again to you & your team!
