I called Auto Fitness for a new battery after being recommended by AAA. Headed up there and was shocked by how clean the shop lobby was. The cleanest lobby I’ve ever seen in a shop. Desk lady was very helpful, Manager/owner was friendly, informative and had me on my way in 30 minutes. The maintenance tech was thorough and respectful. I’m not one to trust anyone but the original dealer but I would recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely be coming back myself. Thanks again

his is my first experience with Auto Fitness. They were recommended by AAA after my car broke down in the Gainesville area on a Sunday. After a discussion of the problem on Monday morning, and knowing the amount of cars I saw on their lot, I really expected it to be a day or two before they could even look at my vehicle but they made contact within a few hours. Turned out to be a broken shift cable and at first communication appeared to be a day or two to get the parts needed for the repair. Apparently Auto Fitness called in some favors and got the part that afternoon and had a mechanic working on it that day. I was able to pick my car up within 48 hours of the breakdown. Truly great service in todays times. Communication was prompt and informative. Not sure about the cost to repair since I had nothing to judge their invoice against but in that I could not make the repair personally I paid for someone's expertise and will assume it was reasonable. I do not live in the Gainesville area so under normal circumstances it is probably not practical to say I will be going back any time soon but will STRONGLY RECOMMEND Auto Fitness to anyone in the area that needs a good auto service. If you have AAA there is also a discount on services provided. Definitely worth having a discussion with them before going elsewhere. Ron M.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Let me start off by saying that I’m a new customer of Auto Fitness as of this week, and as a result of how they handled a problematic situation, I will gladly remain a loyal customer. The back story here is I recently conducted a search of auto mechanics as I needed to get a new condenser for my truck as my a/c went out right in the hottest part of the summer. 🙄. I called around to a few different shops to get pricing information as this isn’t a cheap repair. I landed on Auto Fitness because they have incredible reviews and their pricing was competitive. I dropped my truck off at 8:30am and to my surprise, it was finished by lunch time. They initially explained over the phone that it would likely take the full day. This was the first moment that they exceeded my expectations. About 30 minutes after arriving back at home I noticed that fluid was leaking beneath my truck onto my driveway. I immediately called Auto Fitness and spoke with Garrett. Here’s where the rest of my story resulted in my tag line above of, “Best Customer Service Ever,” as Garrett proactively took the following action. 1) He immediately sent BJ, one of their technicians to my house, who was a pleasure to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty part and he said they would send a tow truck at their expense. 2) Garrett called me moments later to offer a sincere apology and to let me know what time I should be expecting the tow truck to arrive. 3) He then said that he would have a cleaning company come to my house to pressure wash my driveway as a result of the transmission fluid leaking from my truck. Keep in mind that I didn’t request this as this was all Garrett’s idea. 4) Garrett called me yesterday when my truck was fixed. Unfortunately, due to a work conflict I was unable to pick it up right away, so he had my truck delivered to me. In conclusion, problems arise in life and how we react to those issues, says everything about character and integrity. I highly endorse Garrett and his amazing team as they went above and beyond to resolve my issue!!! Thank you Auto Fitness! 🙏
