I thought the front desk lady was rude so I didn’t want service, I wanted to get out of there. She judgmentally asked if i had known something about my car. like… okay, and? Don't you think i pay someone else to service my car? if my car was in perfect condition, i wouldn’t be here. her tone was very much like I wasn’t good enough to be there. not sure if that’s just me. there’s a nice sitting area and coffee though, i liked that :) i’ve got more to add since I just went to another place… she had been judge mental about chunks out of my tire. so i asked an actual mechanic if it’s a problem if air is not leaking. well they gave me an honest answer instead of making up things to fix on my car. i’m not sure if i caught her on a bad day or what but it did seem like they or she was making things up with my car to upsell me.

I take my car here for oil changes, repairs, and anything my car needs! They always give the best service and finish my car in a timely manner.

Above and beyond customer service and repairs. Highly recommend.

Had an engine replaced with auto fitness as well as on going maintence. Garrett and his team are fast, reliable and professional. Happy to find a mechanic I can trust.

My car broke down on a Sunday. I was out of town and stranded. I was referred to Garrett at Auto Fitness by another shop. Monday morning I called. Garrett said the ship was backed up and he might not be able to get to my car until Wednesday. My car was towed to the shop Monday afternoon. First thing Tuesday morning Garrett called with a diagnosis. It was spot on. I picked up my car Tuesday and it runs great. Excellent service and communication. I highly recommend them!

Auto Fitness are a group have highly professional people. This shop is very well kept! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an oil change or something more major!
