I usually do my own maintenance, but I decided with my crazy schedule to take both my car and truck to Napa Auto Fitness and everyone was professional. Being in a mechanic myself I knew what needed to be done to my truck and car. I simply wanted a oil change, they did address some concerns for my truck and car and I politely declined their service for those things, and got my oil changed. They were not pushy as you sometimes get at other service centers and they really did know their stuff. I will definitely be back for my service needs. I would recommend them to all my friends who are always trying to get me to work on their cars. Great company, great name, great people.

I had a great experience at this location service was prompt and issues explained very well. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage. The General Manager was beyond pleasant. I will be back know matter how far away this location is service A++.

Paul helped me when I got the oil changed in my car. He was very intentive to my needs. Paul is friendly which helps when getting something done we don’t have time for but needs to be done. I didn’t want to go back to this shop because the first time I went the man that helped me acted like I was bothering him and didn’t pay much attention to me but I gave it another chance which gave me the opportunity to meet Paul. The service was done in a timely fashion I will be returning.

Personally. I would not go back here again. I read good reviews about this place. Was going in for an oil change. They told me I had an oil leak. I asked how how much would it cost me to fix it. Once I asked that 2 employees just walked away from the car as if they did not want there hands dirty. The guy I was talking too looked at them and then told me that it was just a lot of work to do to it. I didn't bother to insist since I notice they did not want to work on it. Took my car somewhere else. They had no problem working on it.
