This is hands down the best mechanic shop around. Garrett, Paul, and the whole team at Auto Fitness are professionals and amazing to work with. I will definitely be bringing my car back when needed and will also advise friends/relatives to do the same!!!!

A few weeks ago, I took my first car for an oil change and they did a very good job. The Sales Consultant Paul, explained me which oil was better for my car, which was very useful.

So... At the beginning of the epidemic when we were quarantined my car decided that it just didn't want to start... I went to a mechanic shop that I went to before they completely ignored me I decided to leave and on my way home I notice this mechanic shop across the street from my house... I literally walked in moments before they closed and Mr. Paul accepted my business that day! This literally happened at the threshold of the epidemic and to be treated this way initially I knew we were going to have a great relationship. Well I was very impressed when I was called the next morning by opening to come and pick up the car. again I knew right then and there this was going to be a great long relationship... Needless to say I have a minor issue here this week I called requested to speak with Mr. Paul a young man by the name of garret advise Mr. Paul wasn't in . At this point, I instantly became worried because I built such a relationship with Mr. Paul. Garrett then advise Mr. Paul is on vacation...in the back of my mind I'm going who told him to do that! why would he take vacation! Who does that! Lol..(that's just me being selfish) I really didn't know what to do or say at this point but I decided to give Garrett a chance and I began to spoke to him about the car we agreed have the car come over. by the end of yesterday 1st of June my car was ready I opted to not pick it up because I just didn't want to... I'm saying all of this to say even after picking up the car I'm receiving text messages wondering how the car is working initially when I got there this morning their systems were down because of the trust that I have with this company I left my credit card For payment. That's the type of business that's being done at auto fitness trustworthy enough for me to leave my credit card behind for my bill to be paid once their systems came backup and running... This company made me feel as if I was back home in the islands where communities literally take care of each other... I'm not saying that they let everyone leave with their car and the bill is unpaid that didn't transpire here they had a minor issue but to allowed me to leave, that in itself is a big deal and I am very happy to see that there are still businesses out there that treat people as if they're human beings! Thanks Guys!!!

I've always had very positive experiences here. Staff are very friendly, transparent, and thorough in their work. You can tell that they are knowledgeable about what they do and that they want what is best for their clients.

Went to get my oil changed and it took less than 20 minutes. The Receptionists were really nice. I had a TPMS signal since I had low tire pressure and they went ahead and put air in them free of charge. 10/10

Just purchased a 2019 Nissan frontier from Auto Gallery and within the month we had some complications with the driver door, so we ended up here for repairs. I called Auto Gallery and got the number and called and spoke with Paul. He was beyond nice and very professional! As soon as I spoke with him and explained what was going on, he kept me informed of everything that was done and the estimated time of completion. The repairs were done very quickly and all my question answered, calls returned unbelievable promptly. If the quality of work is anything like the customer service, and at this time I have no reason to believe otherwise we will definitely be returning customers! Amazing customer service from Paul!
