Great people. Very helpful and friendly. It’s not everyday you go to a auto shop and everyone is friendly from the front desk to the guys in the shop. I would highly recommend for any of your vehicle needs.

Today was my first visit to this NAPA Auto Care Center and I will be a repeat customer. Upon entering the office and customer waiting area I saw a very nice and clean location. I knew immediately if they maintained this area they ultimately would take pride in their work. Paul was very professional and efficient in getting me checked in for four new tires and an oil change. Bryan was the technician that performed the tire replacements and service. I watched as Bryan took pride in completing my work request as if it were his very own. Bryan went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was kept clean. In my life experiences most technicians have no problem at all leaving oil on the steering wheel, arm panel and floor board but thankfully not Bryan. Bryan wore disposable gloves while servicing my vehicle and washed his hands before entering my vehicle. There was no evidence of oil or grease in my vehicle upon completion of work! I must comment that each employee greeted me as I waited and seemed to truly value and appreciate my business. The entire visit was a pleasant and efficient experience. This is a company that ultimately sets the standard with their NAPA know how.

I had my check engine light on for a few years and had tried 3 different mechanics in NYC prior to taking it to NAPA Auto fitness in Gainesville where my dad recommended that we try. One of the NYC mechanics was going to charge us over $1000 just to have a test for our check engine light, and so I decided to wait. When we took it to NAPA in Gainesville, the problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes! It was a simple fix that 3 other mechanic shops in NYC were not able to see. Thank you NAPA Auto Fitness ❤️🙏 ❤️

They were very fast and understanding. The person who worked on my car kept me well-informed and helped me find the best deal and they performed an in-depth free inspection of my starter which was very kind of them.
