Absolutely the best place to go! I had my Mercedes serviced and then told my husband to take his Trans AM there!!!! Garrett was terriffic! and explained everything with both of our vehicles including pictures and excellent communication! I will recommend them to anyone and so glad I found them!!!!

5 stars all the way. I needed to get my Air Conditioning looked at as the weather is warming up. Paul got my car in the shop and diagnosed quickly and they communicated the findings with me. Very reasonable cost, also got oil changed and they even found a nail in my tire and got that patched up! Thumbs up guys! Garrett and Paul do a great job!

Almost want to state how lousy and unprofessional Garrett and technicians were, so they won't be busy when I need them but actually they are courteous, knowledgeable and work hard to please by being fair with pricing and doing it right the first time

I can't say enough about these guys! They are straight forward, no games, honest people! As a woman you are always leery of bringing your car anywhere for repairs. I have been impressed every time I come in! They only recommend what is necessary and tell you/show you when they find things that are important to watch or repair. I am from Raleigh and was having a car inspected before I came to buy it. The team at Napa, especially Garrett, were simply amazing! So accommodating and helpful even on a small ticket item for them. I have never had such professional and professional experience in my many years of dealing with automotive places. None have treated me better! My Porsche, Mercedes and BMW experiences were not up to the level I received from Napa Auto Fitness! Highly recommend this place and the leaders who own and run it. Just amazing!

Really awesome service! I was very worried I had really messed up my car by trying to do something on my own. They fixed my mistake and I am positive had I gone anywhere else they would have charged me an arm and a leg. As I waited several other customers came and went and everyone was happy!
