I called NAPA Auto Fitness to perform a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle. I am out-of-state, based in NYC, and did not want to travel all the way to GA to see and possibly purchase a vehicle without making sure it was mechanically sound. Garret and Paul said they could take care of this right away for me and the next morning the car was at their shop and I was on the phone with Garret going through the car virtually. He sent me at least 20 new photos, revealing areas of damage on the vehicle that had been concealed in the dealer’s advertisement. We also Face-timed, so he could point out to me aspects of the inspection that he thought I should see and so we could meet face-to-face. Garret also took the vehicle for a test-drive, something which I could not do sitting in NYC, and given his experience he noticed things that I probably would not have noticed even if I had taken it for a test drive myself. I was so impressed not only with Garrets Auto knowledge, but also his professionalism, honesty, and thoroughness. Perhaps it is just me being a New Yorker, but both Garret and Paul were soooo friendly and extremely patient with all of my questions! If I do purchase the vehicle, I will definitely be bringing it to NAPA Auto for the minor issues that Garret identified. I would not hesitate to go back to NAPA Auto for any car needs and if you are out-of-state like me I highly recommend as these are trust-worthy folks!
