Garrett was the most professional and helpful with getting to the bottom of what appeared to be complicated mechanical issue. As a fairly new resident to Gainesville, I could not find anyone who could diagnose the problem in a timely manner. Garrett was recommended to me as a decent, trustworthy, businessman who would be able to find and fix the problem, and he did!! I’m in North Carolina and was having to get some service for my mom’s car in Gainesville. Roadside assistance had jumped off the battery, but it did not hold the charge. Also, something had happened to the hood latch and needed to be fixed. My dad has passed away and she was unable to handle this because of her health issues. I called her regular repair shop where she had been a loyal customer for years. I explained the problem and they said they could not help me before next week. I called others with no success either. I called Napa Auto Fitness and Garrott suggested a plan and why. I got her car towed to their facility, it was checked promptly and the simple repair was done and the battery replaced. They have great customer service - Garrott called me several times to let me know the progress. I really don’t know what I would have done without their help! THANK YOU NAPA AUTO FITNESS!!

Garrett is great to work with. Most recently he serviced my sons BMW and tracked down a noise it was making. A few months ago he rebuilt the engine in my 02 mitsubishi spyder. That was my first dealing with him. The other places I had talked to wouldn't touch the car. The car has low mileage as well as sentimental value so I wanted it repaired. Garrett went above and beyond to repair my car. It runs great! I highly recommend Garrett.
