I want to thank Garrett for the outstanding service I received and I also want to acknowledge the kindness he showed me during a very difficult time. The day I called Garrett my mother was in Northeast Georgia Medcial Center and I was leaving to go home back to Dahlonega when the car wouldn't start. From the first second I talked to him I knew I had called the right person and business to try to get help. He gave me the number for the towing company I called and then fixed the starter for a very reasonable price. But what amazed me the most was that he was able to get the car fixed in just a couple of hours and then offered to drive the car back to the hospital for me when he got it fixed. That's the kind of man Garrett is and the kind of business he runs. I highly recommend his shop and will be a repeat customer if I ever need help again while in Gainesville.
