Exceptional service from Garrett. Had some questions about an alignment and brake repairs. Was patient and friendly with my questions and explained everything to my level of understanding. Highly recommend and will return for repair in the future.

I would like to acknowledge Garrett Coulter and thank him for making my experience here at this very clean and organized facility not boring or mundane in anyway. His social skills are ones that you would hope to see in every employee at any store you may need services. Eager to answer any questions, was able to get my vehicle in and out for service within 2 hours. Communication was very prompt outside of the store before I brought my vehicle in. He even offered to buy me lunch while I waited for my the maintenance to be complete on the my undercarriage. If there were more employees like this at every store, life could be easier.

I was having a little bit of a stressful day. I went in just without calling ahead or anything because my oil had to be changed...they made me feel so at home, made me laugh so hard & just completely made my days! The whole place is full of special people! They also rotated & balanced my tires, free of charge & took extra time with an additional concern I had with my headlights, again, at no cost. The kind of customer service & support you find here is practically impossible to find at a lot of places in the world today, but at an automotive care facility! I will NEVER go anywhere else & will always look forward to bringing my vehicle there, hopefully for only the basics, but period. Thank you guys so, so, so very much for your time, help & having such a welcoming place of business! (:

I've literally gotten everything done here and these men are like family. I am young and don't know anything about cars and they take care of all my Vehicles. The price for the service is unmatched!
