Had front brakes done feel just like new you pay for what you get and I was very satisfied with the respect and the service here 10/10

I highly recommend Auto Fitness. I was told by my car dealership that I needed rear brakes right away. As I had a road trip planned, I worried about getting it done on short notice. Garrett agreed to work me into his schedule the following day so I left my car with him. First thing next morning I receive a call from him telling me he has removed the wheel and inspected the brakes and I do NOT need brakes urgently, they can easily await 5k miles for my next oil change- to not worry about my road trip! What honesty and professionalism. And there was no charge! I will definitely be going back for my car's servicing.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. I have a specialty car (track car) with very specific needs. I changed my wheels and badly needed a last minute suspension alignment as I had an upcoming event at a local race track...Road Atlanta. I called these guys, spoke with Garrett...and got an appointment for the following day. I was super impressed with this business (trust me, I have dealt with a ton of mechanics in my life...I like cars). Not only did they get me on the rack as soon as I got there, I was really blown away by the personal attention to detail, professional demeanor, and their attention to supreme customer satisfaction. B.J.,...I can't thank you enough man. His extra attention to detail caught a major issue that would have caused me problems this weekend. 10 minutes later, resolved... with a detailed explanation of the issue. You are THE MAN. Garret is great to work with. He knows his stuff. I WILL definitely be going back to this shop. Reasonably priced...knowledgeable staff...people that care about their work product....hmmm why is that rare these days???? I would trust these guys 100%. I called last week Friday to price some new tires. Garrett gave me a great price and told me they would be there on Monday since it was late and we were going into the weekend. Monday arrived and Garrett called me first thing to let me know that the tires had arrived. I dropped the car off and not to long after that I had a brand new set of tires on my vehicle with alignment. It's a very clean, friendly and a pleasant place. The staff is wonderful and very professional. I will be stopping by for all my car needs from now on. Simply amazing...

But the customer service was great , follow up was wonderful and detailed with full explanation of issues that needed to be addressed

Garrett saved me $7000 from my quote at Firestone. He's honest and I will refer all of my friends and family. My truck blew a spark plug out. He was able to install a sleeve to repair the issue. The competitor told me I needed to replace both heads. I'm very thankful that there are still honest people out there.
