I started going to Auto Fitness when the pandemic first started closing businesses. I had a couple of friends recommend them & everything they said about them was right. I haven't been disappointed. The whole team there has treated me very respectful. I just had my wife's car serviced there & she's very happy to have her car in working condition. After the issues we've had with our dealership we will continue to bring our cars to Auto Fitness where we feel appreciated & respected. Great customer service.

Today was my first visit to this NAPA Auto Care Center and I will be a repeat customer. Upon entering the office and customer waiting area I saw a very nice and clean location. I knew immediately if they maintained this area they ultimately would take pride in their work. Paul was very professional and efficient in getting me checked in for four new tires and an oil change. Bryan was the technician that performed the tire replacements and service. I watched as Bryan took pride in completing my work request as if it were his very own. Bryan went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was kept clean. In my life experiences most technicians have no problem at all leaving oil on the steering wheel, arm panel and floor board but thankfully not Bryan. Bryan wore disposable gloves while servicing my vehicle and washed his hands before entering my vehicle. There was no evidence of oil or grease in my vehicle upon completion of work! I must comment that each employee greeted me as I waited and seemed to truly value and appreciate my business. The entire visit was a pleasant and efficient experience. This is a company that ultimately sets the standard with their NAPA know how.

Auto fitness did another great job, they are my "go to" shop for all of my auto care needs.

I'm very impressed with the customer service of Auto Fitness. My car is a Suzuki which many car places don't work on. It wouldn't start so I had it towed to Auto Fitness where, of course, it started up just fine. After a thorough diagnostic check, they called me and said they couldn't find a problem. So their FREE shuttle service came and picked me up, then they didn't even charge for the diagnostic. We have recently moved to this area, but now we have found the company we will be using for all our auto fitness needs. Thanks for the great service and the extra dose of kindness!

I usually do my own maintenance, but I decided with my crazy schedule to take both my car and truck to Napa Auto Fitness and everyone was professional. Being in a mechanic myself I knew what needed to be done to my truck and car. I simply wanted a oil change, they did address some concerns for my truck and car and I politely declined their service for those things, and got my oil changed. They were not pushy as you sometimes get at other service centers and they really did know their stuff. I will definitely be back for my service needs. I would recommend them to all my friends who are always trying to get me to work on their cars. Great company, great name, great people.
